How do I leave feedback/review your item?
Google will send you an email after the sale asking you to review the product.

What is the shipping service you use?
We ship through UPS. Please allow 4-9 business days to receive your items.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a low $5.95 for the first item, with discount shipping on multiple items.
Shipping table is as follows:
1 item: $5.95
2 items: $6.95
3 items: $7.95
4 items: $8.95
5-10 items: $9.95
If you are ordering more than 10 items, please contact us first so we can send you an updated invoice.

How can I track my order?
You will receive a receipt from Google once your order is confirmed. Next, you will receive a second email with updated tracking info once your item or items ship. You can check for updates about your order in Google Wallet.

What countries do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship to USA.

How do I pay?
You pay for your purchase through Google Wallet, a free service from Google. See Google.com/Wallet for more info. You can pay using your mobile device or from your computer. You do not need a Google Wallet account to make a purchase, just use the Google Wallet Guest option. If you sign into your wallet account to pay, just enter your pin and you're ready to pay, no need to enter your card number again.

What is the security?
Google Wallet encrypts your debit, credit and gift cards when you enter them into your wallet account. Also when you pay, you will notice a https secured lock at the top of the page, usually in bright green, letting you know it is secure. You do not need a Google Wallet account to make a purchase, just use the Google Wallet Guest option. If you sign into your wallet account to pay, just enter your pin and you're ready to pay, no need to enter your card number again. You can use screen lock for extra security on your mobile phone and you can disable Google Wallet on your phone if you ever lose it.

Can I cancel an order?
Our ordering system is automated and will not let us cancel an order already in place.

We do not accept returns or refunds, however we will ensure your satisfaction. Check the TERMS page at the bottom of this page for more details.

Do you offer gift wrap?
We will gift wrap your item for an extra $2.95 per item. Please contact us before your purchase and specify which items you want wrapped.
